Monthly Run Coaching

£55 per month

This option suits runners who want guidance, accountability, and a plan that adapts as life and training evolve.

What’s included

  • A personalised monthly training plan

  • Running sessions structured by time or distance

  • Strength and conditioning guidance where appropriate

  • Regular check-ins via message to review progress and adjust training as needed

Training is reviewed and adapted throughout the month based on how you’re responding, rather than following a fixed template.

£88 per month

The Gold option combines structured run coaching with regular hands-on treatment.

It’s ideal for runners who are training consistently, managing niggles, or returning from injury while building fitness.

What’s included;

Personalised monthly run coaching

One monthly physiotherapy treatment or sports massage

Strength and conditioning plan or guidance where appropriate

Ongoing support and plan adjustments This option provides continuity between training and treatment, helping to manage load, support recovery, and reduce the risk of setbacks.

Gold Coaching & Treatment

Communication & availability

Coaching support is provided via regular check-ins during the working week. Messages sent outside normal working hours will usually be responded to on the next working day.

When I’m on holiday, routine coaching check-ins pause unless otherwise agreed in advance.
